LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Grammy-award winning singer Rihanna has left her former manager Marc Jordan and has inked a new management deal with Jay-Z's Roc Nation Management.

Rihanna also announced that she's set to launch a new company called Rihanna Entertainment, in which she will merge her disparate business interests, including her music, fragrance, film and book ventures.

Jay-Z and Rihanna have collaborated in the past, both professionally and artistically. Jay-Z signed Rihanna to Def Jam during his tenure at the label and shared a Grammy win with Rihanna for the 2008 hit, "Umbrella" and then again with the 2010 hit "Run This Town," with a little help from Kanye.

Rihanna's got 4 albums under her belt and a fifth, "Loud", set to drop in November.

Jay-Z launched Roc Nation in 2008 in partnership with Live Nation after signing a '360' deal with the promoter giant. Roc Nation handles touring & merch, management, music publishing, a label, and television/film as well as new business ventures. Roc's management roster includes The Ting Tings, Mark Ronson, Daniel Merriweather and Wale. – Ian Courtney
