(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) – Paul Geary has joined up with Irving Azoff and Howard Kaufman at Front Line Management, and will be moving all operations out to California to join the company.
According to the Boston Globe, Geary was introduced to Azoff by William Morris Agency’s Peter Grosslight. Azoff soon gave Geary an offer for his company, GLOBAL Artist Management, but asked him to stay on the job.
“He’s a great guy,” Geary said of Azoff to the paper. “Irving is really a legendary figure.”
The former member of ‘80s rock group Extreme will bring with him hard rock acts Cold, Dropbox, Fuel and Godsmack.
While he is closing his Medford, Massachusetts office to move to the Front Line headquarters in L.A., he is not worried about losing creative control of the company he started.
“These guys aren’t going to buy a dog and then bark for him,” he told the paper. “They brought me in to do what I do. They’ll attract bigger talent for me, and I’ll represent them…It makes perfect sense.” –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
