There is no trash or recyclable pick-up on Monday.
Trash and recyclables for the week will be picked up one day later than usual, including Friday’s routes, which will be picked up on Saturday, June 4.
The Norwalk Transfer Station, located at 61 Crescent Street, and the Yard Debris Site, located at 15 S. Smith St., will both be closed on Monday for the holiday, and will reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, May 31.
All passenger vehicles must display a Norwalk Resident/ Beach Pass as they enter both the Transfer Station and Yard Waste Site.
Residents are reminded that The 2015 Norwalk Resident/ Beach Pass expired on March 31.
To obtain a 2016 pass, residents can go to the Recreation & Parks Department at City Hall or click here.
