Mía Rubín Legarreta is a Mexican actress and singer born on April 22, 2005, in Mexico City, Mexico. Her parents are the television host, Andrea Legarreta and the former member of Timbiriche, Erik Rubín. From a very young age, Ella Mía showed her interest in the artistic world, participating in different advertising campaigns with her parents. At the age of 13, she landed the lead role in the play Anita, la huerfanita , and she made her film debut with the project El que compra finds (2017), starring Ana Brenda Contreras and Claudio Lafarga. In 2018, she and her sister Nina Rubín lent their voices to the animated series Fancy Nancy Clancy (2018), broadcast on Disney Junior. That same year, Mía continued to advance her career as an actress by participating in the films Túnel 19 (2018) and Recovering my ex (2018) , in addition to being part of the bioseries Silvia Pinal contra ti (2019). In addition to acting, Mía has shown interest in music, debuting as a singer alongside her father in the virtual show ‘Raíces’, in which they both performed songs with a Latin essence.
