BIOGRAPHY
Eleanor Matsuura is a Japanese actress, a British national, born on July 16, 1983, in Tokyo, Japan. She spent her childhood in her hometown until her family had to move to England, where they settled in Hertfordshire. It was during her adolescence there that Eleanor became interested in acting. She entered the Central School of Speech of Drama, from which she graduated in 2004, in addition to training in ancient dance and modern dance in private courses. Shortly after graduating, Eleanor began working on important British stages, such as the Royal Court Theater and the Old Vic, which soon led to her first television jobs in the mid-2000s. She spent a few years developing an extensive television career in supporting roles, until he worked on the series Utopia (2013), which opened the way to new and better opportunities.
