Crown Tundra Pokedex - Pokemon List

July 2024 · 2 minute read

The Crown Tundra Pokedex has been a matter of great interest among Pokemon Sword & Shield players. They’re all, of course, wondering about the Pokemon list that the new content is going to bring to the table. How could they not, considering the relatively small number of creatures you could catch in the base game. With that in mind, we’ll show you which monsters are making a comeback in our Crown Tundra Pokedex – Pokemon List guide.

New Pokemon List in Crown Tundra Pokedex

The new Pokemon list in the Crown Tundra Pokedex includes a whole bunch of returning Pokemon, from several generations. The upcoming Pokemon Sword & Shield DLC basically answers the question of why the number of creatures in the vanilla game was so slim. It’s so that they can sell them to you piecemeal via downloadable content. I don’t exactly approve of the practice, but that’s how the cookie crumbles. With that said, let’s go over the returning Pokemon that will feature in the Crown Tundra Pokemon List.

One thing that bares mentioning is that the DLC Pokemon will apparently have a 100% capture rate. That might not necessarily be true for Legendary ones, but still. You’ll be able to fill your Crown Tundra Pokedex with relative ease. And, I mean, just look at the length of that list. Even with guaranteed captures, it’ll take you a solid forever and a half to get them all. So, have those Pokeballs at the ready, and prepare to explore all the new places that the Pokemon Sword & Shield DLC will take you to. Good luck!
