Adrenaline Mob Bassist David Zablidowsky Killed In Tour Bus Crash

MICANOPY, FL (CelebrityAccess) — The bassist for metal band Adrenaline Mob was killed and other members of the band and their road team were injured in a serious bus accident while en route to a concert in St. Petersberg on July 14th.

According to the Gainesville Sun, bassist David Zablidowsky was killed when the band's RV was struck by a tractor trailer while pulled to the shoulder due to a flat tire on Interstate 75 near Micanopy, Florida.

A veteran musician, Zablidowsky has performed with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts and SOTO, as well as a long tenure with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

"Dave was so very special to our family and our thoughts and prayers go out to Dave's family," a spokesperson for Trans-Siberian Orchestra wrote on the band's Facebook, "and all those affected by Friday's tragic accident."

The Gainesville Sun reported that six other passengers on the bus were taken to area hospitals, with the majority listed in serious condition.

Among the injured were sound technician Robert Dressler and driver Jason McCole. Janet "Jane Train" Rains, the band's tour member remains in critical condition following the crash, the Wilkes-Barre Times-Leader reported.

The band was touring in support of their third studio album, "We The People", which was released last month via Century Media. All of their outstanding tour dates have been canceled. – Staff Writers
