Manuel Alicea, 31, of Tewksbury, and Dominic Hardin, 34, of Lowell, are being held without pending a dangerousness hearing after being arraigned on Wednesday, Sept. 27, Brookline police announced. Officers are searching for Corey Buchanan, 31, of Lowell.
Investigators said the trio donned ski masks to break into a home on Warren Street just before 2:30 a.m. on July 18. They robbed and assaulted the person inside, police said, but they did not say if the resident was injured.
Alicea and Hardin are charged with:
- Home invasion
- Conspiracy
- Larceny over $1.200
- Possession of a firearm without a license
- Possession of ammunition
- Discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling
They pleaded not guilty to the charges, Brookline police said. Buchanan faces the same felonies once he's caught.
Investigators ask anyone with information on Buchanan's whereabouts to contact Brookline police at 617-730-2222.
